What is MOBY'SAVES®? +

Save time and money with up to 60% off from regular prices with MOBY'SAVES®! Easy repeat deliveries with all your favourite brands included (Wellness®, Taste Of The Wild®, Royal Canin®, Addiction®, Nurture Pro®, Merrick®...). You can change or cancel anytime and never run out of pet food and supplies ever again!

How does MOBY'SAVES® work? +

Log in or create an account to start shopping at MOBY’S. Under selected product listings, there will be an option to purchase called MOBY'SAVES®. Select the option and choose your delivery frequency from every 1, 4, 8, 12 weeks. Then click 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email to note that your subscription has been activated. It's that simple!

Is there any additional fee? Is there a minimum subscription duration? +

There is no additional fee and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I change my product after signing up for a subscription? +

You may cancel the existing subscription at any time and subscribe to a different product by adding the new product to cart, selecting its delivery frequency and checking out. You may also contact us at hello@mobyspetshop.com if you need assistance in creating the new order!

Do I have to create separate orders if I want to purchase both MOBY'SAVES® and one-off items? +

No, you can add both one-off purchases and subscriptions in the same cart to check out at the same time! Based on your delivery frequency chosen, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your credit card is charged for your subscription item.

Do you accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD) for MOBY'SAVES®? +

Unfortunately we do not accept COD payments for MOBY'SAVES® at this point of time.

How will I know when it's on its way? +

A reminder email of your next payment charge will be sent 3 days before your order is delivered. We will also contact you via SMS & Email prior to the actual delivery. Please contact us via Email, Online Chat, SMS, Whatsapp or call us at +65 8823 5699 with your order ID for the status of your order.

How can I change my delivery date? (Mobile) +

1. Log into your account and view Account Details < Manage Subscriptions.

2. Next to the relevant product subscription, click on ‘Edit’.




3. On the next screen, select ‘Change delivery schedule’.

4. Select the relevant option from the dropdown: 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks.


5. Click on ‘Save’ and you’re done!

How can I change my delivery date? (Desktop) +

1. Log into your account and view Account Details < Manage Subscriptions.

2. Next to the relevant product subscription, click on ‘Edit’.


3. On the next screen, select ‘Change delivery schedule’.

4. Select the relevant option from the dropdown: 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks.


5. Click on ‘Save’ and you’re done!

I will be away for the scheduled delivery. Can I skip the delivery or move to a later date ? (Mobile) +

Yes, you may skip the next order or reschedule it.
1. Log into your account and view Account Details < Manage Subscriptions.

2. Click on ‘Delivery Schedule’

3.On the next screen, there will be the list of upcoming delivery dates. Look for the relevant date you wish to edit.

4.Click on ‘Skip’ and it will be updated automatically.

5.To reschedule to a later date, please email us directly at hello@mobyspetshop.com.

4.In the form field, key in the quantity you would like to increase/decrease it to.

5.Click on ‘Save’ to update.

How can I change my payment method?(Mobile) +

1. Log into your account and view Account Details < Manage Subscriptions.

2. Next to the relevant product subscription, click on ‘Edit’.


3.On the next screen, select ‘Update Payment Method’.

4.Update your credit card or Paypal details accordingly.
5.Click on ‘Save’ to update.

When will my credit card be charged? +

Your credit card will be charged on the date that you have signed up for MOBY'SAVES®. Recurring charges occur on the same day of the month that you have originally signed up for.

How do I cancel my subscription?(Mobile) +

1.Log into your account and view Account Details < Manage Subscriptions.

2.Next to the relevant product subscription, click on ‘Cancel’.

3.On the next screen, select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown. You may also leave your feedback in the text field.

4.Click on ‘Save’ to update. You will also receive an email confirmation.
